Program Rules
- Eligibility: Points are earned on net purchase amounts after discounts, promotions, taxes, or gift cards.
- Non-Transferability:Â Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other accounts.
- Exclusions:Â Some services or discounted packages may not be eligible for points (ask for details).
- Expiration: Points reset every 365 days from the date of your first purchase and must be redeemed within this time frame.
- Redemption:Â Rewards must be claimed in person and cannot be redeemed for cash value or traded.
- Revocation:Â Points may be revoked if a transaction is refunded or invalidated.
- Program Changes:Â Aire Medical Spa reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with prior notice.
- Communication:Â Members must provide updated contact information to receive notifications about rewards and opportunities.
- Membership Enrollment:Â Enrollment is automatic after your first purchase.
- Abuse of Terms:Â Memberships may be canceled if terms are violated.
- Full- Price Redemption Only: Loyalty points can only be redeemed for full-price treatments. Discounts or promotions do not apply to redemptions.
- Redemption Threshold: Points can only be redeemed once a member has earned at least 1,000 points.
- Service-Only Redemption: Loyalty points can only be redeemed for spa services and cannot be applied to retail products.
