  • The process consists of having a small amount of blood drawn from the patient and spinning the blood in a centrifuge to separate the growth factors from the red blood cells. The process of separation for PRP and PRF is a bit different. PRF is much slower than PRP, which allows the fibrin matrix to be form. The fibrin matrix will help keep the cells more active, allowing for a longer and slower release of growth factors. The rich concentration of cells in PRF will release growth factors over a long period of time, which will promote the rejuvenation process.
