First off before even experiencing my amazing facial, the receptionist Aryanna was so warm and welcoming. She made sure I was well taken care of a hydrated! Vivian, where do I even start!? I didn’t realize I needed her service till I experienced it. She is very personable and the absolute definition of a professional. I highly recommend coming to Aire but warning you may not be able to stop lol.

I went to Aire Medical Spa for Aveli cellulite treatment with Carrie, PA, and I’m honestly blown away by both the process and the outcome. From the very beginning, Carrie made sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. She explained everything in a way that was easy to follow and never overwhelming, which immediately made me feel comfortable moving forward. As someone who was nervous about treating cellulite, I appreciated how much time she spent talking through realistic results and recovery. During the procedure itself, Carrie was attentive, patient, and incredibly gentle. I felt well cared for the entire time. After the Aveli release was finished, Carrie added Sculptra to the treated areas to help support collagen production and improve overall smoothness. She described it as a way to strengthen the skin from within so the released dimples would blend naturally into the surrounding tissue instead of looking overcorrected. The last part of my appointment was Fusion CO₂ laser, which was used to further tighten and refine the skin. I didn’t feel much at all since I was already numb, and it felt like a natural next step rather than a separate treatment. What stood out most to me is the improvement in how my skin looks and feels. The texture is noticeably smoother, and the dimples that used to catch my eye are no longer there. Everything looks even and natural. Everyone at Aire Medical Spa was welcoming, professional, and kind from start to finish. If you’re considering Aveli or want real cellulite correction done thoughtfully and conservatively, I would absolutely recommend Carrie. She is knowledgeable, honest, and clearly very experienced.

I recently had Aveli for cellulite dimple release with Carrie, PA, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, Carrie and the entire team at Aire made me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. Carrie has exceptional bedside manner—she was informative, thorough, and walked me through aftercare in a way that made me feel confident and at ease. During the procedure, she was so gentle and reassuring, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. From a patient perspective, Aveli was explained clearly and made total sense—Carrie described how it releases the fibrous bands causing the cellulite dimples, rather than just masking them. Once the Aveli treatment was completed, she then performed Sculptra injections to further tighten and smooth the area. She explained Sculptra as a “collagen fertilizer,” helping the treated tissue blend seamlessly with the surrounding areas for a more uniform, natural look. The final step was Morpheus8, which Carrie described as the “cherry on top” to enhance tightening and skin quality. I honestly didn’t feel this part at all since I was already numb from the Aveli and sculptra The results have been amazing. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in skin texture, and the dimples that once bothered me are completely gone. Carrie and the entire staff at Aire Medical Spa were warm, professional, and attentive every step of the way. I highly recommend Carrie to anyone considering Aveli or advanced cellulite treatment—she is truly exceptional.
