Lisa was absolutely amazing. I was dealing with severe anemia and my iron infusions were delayed due to the Kaiser Strike, leaving me exhausted and feeling awful. She quickly reviewed my labs and got me started on IV-Iron treatment right away. Within 48 hours, my energy was back, my headaches were gone, and I felt like myself again. Lisa knew exactly what my skin needed, and I’ve trusted her fully throughout this process. It truly felt like she wanted me to achieve my desired results just as much as I did. Her guidance never felt sales-driven. Instead, it was thoughtful, honest, and tailored specifically to my skin goals. The membership has also been an incredible investment. It allows you to bank your balance, so by the time I found the time to schedule my recommended treatments, I often had accumulated the balance to cover them. It’s truly out of sight, out of mind—but ready to use when you need it.

I got the Get Rid of the Gunk facial + dermaplaning and Vivian was amazing! She really took her time and addressed any concerns I had about my skin before we started. Overall a great experience and will definitely coming back! My skin is glowing and I feel so refreshed.

This was my first visit here after following Carrie from her previous medical spa, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. They take the time to understand your individual needs, explain treatment options, and offer thoughtful recommendations. The location is also very convenient—perfect for grabbing lunch or enjoying a glass of wine after your appointment.

Lisa has done incredible facials on me and been so kind in taking her time to understand my skin as well as my aesthetic goals never pushing anything on me but having a minimalist approach in making me feel my best self! I love it here!
