This was my first visit here after following Carrie from her previous medical spa, and I couldn’t be happier. First off before even experiencing my amazing facial, the receptionist Aryanna was so warm and welcoming. She made sure I was well taken care of a hydrated! Vivian, where do I even start!? I didn’t realize I needed her service till I experienced it. She is very personable and the absolute definition of a professional. I went to Aire Medical Spa for Aveli cellulite treatment with Carrie, PA, and I’m honestly blown away by both the process and the outcome. From the very beginning, Carrie made sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. She explained everything in a way that was easy to follow and never overwhelming, which immediately made me feel comfortable moving forward. As someone who was nervous about treating cellulite, I appreciated how much time she spent talking through realistic results and recovery. During the procedure itself, Carrie was attentive, patient, and incredibly gentle. I felt well cared for the entire time. After the Aveli release was finished, Carrie added Sculptra to the treated areas to help support collagen production and improve overall smoothness. She described it as a way to strengthen the skin from within so the released dimples would blend naturally into the surrounding tissue instead of looking overcorrected. The last part of my appointment was Fusion CO₂ laser, which was used to further tighten and refine the skin. I didn’t feel much at all since I was already numb, and it felt like a natural next step rather than a separate treatment. What stood out most to me is the improvement in how my skin looks and feels. The texture is noticeably smoother, and the dimples that used to catch my eye are no longer there. Everything looks even and natural. Everyone at Aire Medical Spa was welcoming, professional, and kind from start to finish. If you’re considering Aveli or want real cellulite correction done thoughtfully and conservatively, I would absolutely recommend Carrie. She is knowledgeable, honest, and clearly very experienced.
